Our service is "private", which means that no other travelers participate during the tour. It's a choice that allows us to customize every little detail

To book the tour we require a deposit of 20% of the total (with a minimum of 100 euros for tours and 50 euros for excursions). Different amounts can be requested depending on the time of advance booking. The payment is made by an international wire transfer or Western Union (required when the reservation is close to departure).

Private customers can pay the balance on arrival in Morocco or on the day the service starts. Payment is made in Euro by cash. In case of payment by credit card an additional 5% is required. Travel agents must pay 30 days before the start of the first service.

When we receive the payment of the deposit, we send the receipt of payment; a second receipt is issued at the time of payment of the balance.

European Union citizens do not require a visa, but only a valid passport for expatriation. In the case of citizens of other nationalities, we will communicate if the visa is compulsory or not. In case of a compulsory visa, against payment of the deposit, we issue the hotel booking document to be presented to the Moroccan Consulate of your country in order to apply for a visa.

No special requirements. Of course, as this is a Muslim country, it is suggested that women should not be dressed too succinctly. No one will ever make a note, however.

Tips are not mandatory, but are welcome, it will always be helpful.

The meeting is set in the Airport, when your tour provide this service, or at the Hotel when the service start from there. When we wait for you at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you with a MERZOUGA TOURS sign.
